tuesday 1.5 hours group ride, fast pace, got dropped 50 minutes in.
wednesday 45 minutes easy recovery spin
friday 1.5 hours with dave, two flats, never really got a good rhythm.
saturday 4 hours, rained the whole time. medium pace, good climbing up dry fork.
weekly totals. 9 hours 15 minutes
I got my garmin back, so my ride descriptions should be a little more detailed.
