On
Monday I started a home fitness program called
p90x. I am three days in and I am
mucho sore. My calves and my forearms are the only muscles that are not sore. It is a pretty intense program, about 1 hour and 15 minutes a day. I have been getting up at 6am and doing it before work. It is working out pretty good so far. I would much rather be ridding my cycle, but this is means to an end. It is a 90 day program, but I
don't think I am going to go past 60 days, maybe 30, depending on the weather. :)

Brrr . . . you guys are seriously committed. And by 'committed', I mean you should be. Cycling in the snow is insanity!
